I’ve ridden this bike once, put my back wheel on and now I have some clicking/clunking going on. I can see something moving at the same time as I hear it(I think it is a seal ring according to google?)
The whole thing feels rough and horrid compared to how smooth it was before. I’ve not manhandled my bike so I don’t think I could have bent anything.
Any ideas on what has possibly happened..in layman’s terms? Thank you 🙏
Have I damaged my new bike? What is this clunking sound?

No panic. Most probably shifting cable tension has to be adjusted. Common issue with new bike.
