Cyclist has d**th wish.
There’s a green arrow turning right and the road markings make it clear it’s a turning lane, the pedestrian sign is red (even if technically, I don’t think it applies to cyclists).
There’s no clear path for cyclist going straight (not green path)
The cyclist should have stay behind the turning car or move to the left lane to continue straight.

The road has 3 lanes, and all 3 can turn right.
Of course drivers are supposed to yield when turning, but idk how that functionally works when 3 lanes are turning
As someone commented in original thread, going on the walk signal is probably best. Or getting over to the left lane via the bike box
