The Ortlieb ultralight dry bags with valves are cheaper than that but jump in size from 12L to 22L

I bought one at Decathlon a couple of years ago, it’s fairly decent. Don’t know if they have them still, but it was like €15 iirc, and is a really nice lightweight silnylon.
