    Updating from this post.

    I have changed the saddle bag, from the Velcro to BOA models. The issue still remains. So I tried to finally take a closer look at where the contact happened. I found that it is likely to be from my saddle clamp that rubs against the bibs.
    I tried to get someone to look from behind to identify.
    Also, use the tape on the affect area and landed in the clamp area.

    Is there a way to fix this?
    Any kind of cover that I can put on the clamp area?

      Just put some gaffer tape on there? If there’s a sharp edge on the metal, you could file it smooth.

      I’m having this issue as well at the moment, can’t tell at all where it’s coming from as no obvious sharp edge on my saddle. Massively infuriating as my mechanic can’t find a cause either

      Your saddle is pretty close to the front end of the adjustment. And the saddle is quite narrow already qt that point.

      If you adjust it forward a bit, the clamps wont protrude wider yhat the saddle.
      If the saddle is in an desired position then you need to replace the seatpost with something that has setback and adjust the saddle forward.

      Run a smaller bag with just the essentials, tube,tool,levers, and c02… no need for the giant bag!

      I take you’ve had a bike fit or are confident your saddle fore/aft is correct? If not then moving the saddle forward a bit may help as a wider part of the saddle would be above it (not suggesting moving the saddle just to deal with a running issue but slammed back is generally not a great saddle position, although it looks like an inline part to so maybe that’s why). Otherwise just tape over the clamp

      Had the problem too, that my saddle bag scrubs on my cycling Bibs or Suits.

      After some research I found a solution for me:

      beneath the lower tube.
      It fits perfectly between the crankarms and also offers partial frame protection.
      I’m also able to store my mini-pump in the bag.
