Looking at those welds the frame is aluminium. Its an older and cheaper frame. With some newer nicer parts thrown at it, like the wheels and groupset.

  2. It is an aluminum bike with carbon seat stays. This dates it to around ’05-’12. Though with the Sram groupset I would place it near the end of that range. If you look at it make sure to check that the bond between the carbon and aluminum is still solid. If it becomes loose then the frame is trash. 750 sounds quite expensive but local bike markets can defy general expectations about price. Hard to say too much about condition of the drivetrain but what I see concerns me. I would probably pass on this, to me their asking price and the realistic price for it are quite far apart. If it was in top condition maybe 400-500. I expect it could use a service, that is a good 100-200 euro and easily more if there are parts that need replacement.
