Do you guys think the dent in this top tube makes the frame unrideable? Is it repairable? I rode it as my personal bike for years with no issues but I was only “endangering” myself haha. its a somewhat rare All-City Junk Yard Dog (1/150) so I would hope to pass along to someone else as it no longer fits me. I included a few different angles to properly show the damage.

I’d ride that. If you can get someone to weld a reinforcement over the hole, that might be better.
You can probably [pop the dent out with frame/tube blocks](https://youtu.be/x4D_lLqj37c?si=ceVoNofN08SJA-DC) and it should be okay. It will ruin the paint in that spot though. If you take it to a frame builder, they could probably do something similar and give you a more reliable opinion than internet people.
