I’m 175cm, 71kg and wear a small in Spexcel if that helps.
I’m 188/79 and wear XL Spexcel jersey.
188, 75kg, size L is perfect for me, pretty tight but not uncomfortable
178cm/63kg. Asian Size S fits well personally. I wear size S if Rapha jersey.
