Do you know what year the bike is from? Would be curious if the wheels are straight / true and how good of shape the drivetrain is in.
Looks like a late teens (2016-2019ish) frame if I had to guess. I have a roughly 2016/17 27.5 version of this by chance.
The parts are all serviceable but nothing to get excited about. Essentially, if they’re in good shape, not too much wear on the drive train, fork working, hubs w/o play and the wheels true then it’s a fair deal especially if you negotiate it down a hair. If parts are showing abuse and you need to start servicing everything then it very rapidly stops being a good deal vs what you can find a new basic hardtail for.
