Hey folks, I’m deciding between two 11sp chainrings for 76bcd. Which of these will be more durable? It’s the thing I mostly care about. Another factor would be how quiet they are.
Will be used with a 10 speed deore xt chain.

I haven’t used any recent Stronglight rings, but SRAM is about as good as it gets in general for longevity.
Unless you’re running a 9S or fewer cassette, run the 11 speed chain. It will be quieter and stay on the ring better and will shift at least as well.
