i think that means your bead is not seated. what air pressure are you at in this picture? if the tire de-beaded it will need to get back into place, you will hear an audible snap or pop when the tire is pushed in to place by the air.

Bead might not be fully seated. Inflate until you hear the bead snap into place. Definitely not a puncture.

Bead probably popped off in that spot. If you spin the wheel it’ll be very wobbly looking.
Never exceed the tire’s rated PSI while trying to seat the bead.
