Kitty litter panniers if you want to DIY it, or really any plastic-bucket style pannier would do the trick. If there’s a ton of stuff, you could also get a trailer.
A regular (mini) garbage bag inside a metal hoop and using a grabber is (hygiene) convenient, see [video](https://www.omroepzeeland.nl/nieuws/18527496/op-zijn-driewieler-jaagt-henk-op-plastic-in-de-oosterschelde-het-is-fietsen-afstappen-rapen-kijken-praten-en-weer-verder-fietsen).
This is what I did…..
It’s a plastic trash can mounted on a front rack. Then I used a grabber. Trash pick-up bike polo!
