Makes a good airborn moving target.
I've seen dozens of such adds during the last 15 years or so. Never saw a commercial success so far. Ordering non existing products or desperate for investments, but little real manufactured. None of all these so called flying machines ever made it to market. All of them are scams. If it was true, it would be demonstrated in airshow or other local demos, not on youtube.
