Sepp Kuss and Richard Carapaz battled up front in the escape.

Today is not about winning the stage. Today is about helping the UAE team to finish first and third in the GC. Today is about helping your teammate to win the White Jersey and finish third on the podium. Very unselfish. Very rare these days.

Sepp Kuss was saved by the net – he was really lucky at that moment.
I can't imagine another GC contender helping a support rider the way Pogacar did for Del Toro. He gave up his ambitions of another stage win for the benefit of his "little brother". The man is all class. Well done Isaac for holding on to the wheel. Remco was the only other rider who could.

Stage 20 had everything: Carapaz attacking for glory, Kuss surviving two crashes, Remco refusing to give in, and Pogačar riding like a domestique for Del Toro. That may have been the clearest display of UAE’s dominance in the entire Tour.
