Never heard of the brand, but it looks like it’s in good condition. If fits you size-wise, go for it. Hard to find a bike with that spec for that price!
Americans will comment not knowing the company and think it’s a fake or knock off Chinese brand, not knowing the actual reality of it.
I think this is like a 2023 model, but I’m not sure, TBH. If it’s not used, it’s more or less a time capsule for a bike that sold in the mid to high 2000 Euro range. It’s not the greatest deal, but not insane for an unused bike. I would knock some money off to prep you for replacing the brakes with something reliable or just going with Shimano levers.
The bike looks well specced.

I found the exact listing you’re looking at and the bike looks legit. Lee Cougan seems to be fairly reputable.
They go for a fair bit more when brand new and the frame matches that of a 2023/4 model which lines up with the owner leaving it for 2 years.
Seems like a good deal-I would go for it
