Deflate the tube, tuck it, then reseat the bead with a tire lever, reinflate.

let air out of tube, reseat tire, air back up. but, the bead of the tire might be damaged if it did this.
but, honestly, with those types of wheels, the bead is pretty loose. probably just popped off due to low pressure.

take nut off axle. take wheel out. take tire off. take tube out. feel in tire for thorns. double check tire size. double check tube size. buy right size tube. put tube in. put tire over tube. pit axle in slot put nuts on axle. inflate tube to proper pressure. go ride.
