If you’re taking about the black part, that’s what shimano calls the b-link. If you need a new one, you need a new [bracket axle unit](https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/gear-spares/shimano-deore-rdm5120b-bracket-axle-unit-for-normal-type-y3hm98020/?geoc=US), I don’t think shimano sells the b link separately.
The derailleur body (the area your circled) is meant to be shaped like that
