Maybe it was cross-threaded going in, then broke when removed? Or maybe one side had too many spacers?

Either way, send an email to Wolf Tooth. The customer support is top-notch and they’ll want to figure out what happened.

  2. No it broke while I was riding at first I thought the bb shell cracked.
The broken part threaded out of the shell easily.
I already replaced it with a Shimano bb I had sitting around.
The drive side that it broke on had 2 spacers and and the non drive side had 1 spacer
I’m not sure of the thickness of the spacers
