    I ran a bike shop for a decade and have 10’s of thousands of road miles in over the last 40 years. 9 out of 10 times someone came in saying they got hit and I would ask where they were riding. They were on a sidewalk crossing. You can feel however you want about the subject matter but it doesn’t make you right.

  2. I’m not citing that study. I’m citing the fact that drivers do not check the sidewalk, and cannot see the sidewalk as well as the roadway.

    Plus the sidewalk has dogs, babies, telephone poles, and all sorts of random crap.
