  1. I do the same on my favourite 30 mile route, huge bowl of pasta, bottle of coke, coffee, two doughnuts and a sis gel, 50g protein chocolate shake afterwards. Dont want to waste away

  2. Props first and formeost to Jensen, but also Alex and Si and by no means least to the production team. I'm not saying I think GCN is a fly by night operation normally (far from it) but the quality of the video was worthy of a major broadcaster IMHO. Cant really give eveyone esle a big up without mentioning Charlie's route planning which looks awesome.

    Great video. Thank you.

Ps and BTW I'll take the four day option with pub stops that someone else mentioned here thankyou very much!

  3. sounds like Tour de France should be canceled and set at a lower distance.
On top of all of the illegal unhealthy doping in that sport, it sounds like its very very unhealthy.
    – but hey.. money is king and those who make massive profit on this, dont give a flying fart about the person on the bike !

  4. Tour de France riders have got to be the most mentally tough people out there riding in 90°+ for 5 hrs+ for 3 weeks even on their 3 rest days they get they still ride for 1 to 2 hrs insane

  5. most riders already lost their body weight on forehand which on itself is a joke looking that unhealthy and weak. Ignoring the body isnt sport, its a battle of retardation

  6. the ridiculous point here is that on forehand you have to destroy your body making it as weak and unhealthy as you possible can, only than you have a chance to compete with the skinniest weaklings who have so less destroyed muscle mass not needing any blood anymore than their hearts dont even have a body to feed anymore. It's basically cheating themselves biologically taking off at least 10 years of their total lifespan in order for their ego boost and junkie runner high

  7. it is not a sport of it only evolves from people who cannot properly do anything other which needs skill as a sport. Just run, cycle and ignore your body chasing the feeling that you get when the body signals you it's dying. Calling this a sport is mentally 1 stadium from being disabled… The ultimate ego fallacy
