Purchased from Underdogs Cycling Inc., was nice to deal with a company in a similar time zone to get questions answered quickly. Within minutes of asking a question on their website regarding the size, the owner was calling me and talked me through everything I needed to know! I had asked the same question to Panda the day before and didn’t receive a response till the next day, and their response was to ask Tavelo customer service… Tavelo didn’t reply until I had already received my bike 2 weeks after ordering…

Damn that seatpost is thicc
Can you go into more detail about cutting the seat post? Why is it needed or desired here?
Saving this post as I am considering this bike. Might need that STL file someday lol.
