I had to leave my car to the mechanic, which for reasons is pretty far from where I live.
I took the bike to spend the night somewhere.
The mechanic took 5 days to fix my car instead of 2. I ended up pedaling around the area for a roughly 350km and shitthousand meter of elevation. No plan, just rough ideas like "let's go see that waterfall. Oh, there's another one. Oh, I remember these places since I was a kid, I wonder how is it now".
Unexpected trip.
I had fun.
I got rained on, I was sweating, I chilled in the sun, jumped in lakes, creeks and waterfalls, met some other peoples on bikes, hated the too long uphill, enjoyed the downhill till my brakes were almost smoking…and I saw a cool yellow spider 🙂
