Only another cyclist would even ask who is at fault!😂😂! He was trying to make out that the van driver didn't signal he was going left when he doesn't need to as it's left turn only! Then he admitted he was at fault!
100% the cyclist. They’re so brain dead it’s embarrassing. Just because they have zero survival skills doesn’t mean everyone else should have to keep them safe. 🤦🏼♂️🤡
Both possibly. Cyclist far too close, blind spot, junction etc. Did the van indicate? Can see brake lights. But it was 50/50 left or right so, still cyclist to consider hazard ahead.
Should of slapped him, damaged caused because some how cyclist's think they got a right to do what they want on a road they don't pay for and insurance they don't have.
Cyclist needs more patience and road awareness. I'm afraid he totally is to blame. Shame cos he sounded like a nice bloke, and he admitted it was his error calmly and respectfully.
