In this video, we headed to Richmond Park in London to speak with local cyclists and take a closer look at their bikes. We asked them which Chinese components they’re using, why they chose them over more established brands, and whether they’d recommend them to other cyclists.

For me I have always bought hi tech pinarello Colnago campagnolo etc etc and still own and ride those brands….i now ride a time fitted with a mixture of components from china etc wheels…bars ti bolts etc are very lightweight at very competitive prices also fitted with sram red group so I have mixed it all up with the very best from china and European brands best of both worlds
Chinese bikes and components are so good these days for the money. And for a little more money, you can get the stuffs that compete with the very best of the Wests, if not better. Who would actually throw away money sticking to Western Legacy brands when it is pretty clear that you would be the ignorant fool buying and dying for Western government's propaganda demonizing China? Researchers did a survey and found out that zero people actually would fork out double the money for the same product that is made in the Wests instead of in China. Not even those with an abundance of money is foolhardy enough to do it. So the biggest question is where to we go to buy the best Chinese bike stuff deals?

While Chinese manufacturers have made significant improvements in recent years and now produce many affordable, capable motorcycles, some people remain concerned about long-term reliability, resale value, and parts quality on certain lower-cost models. Supporters of British bikes also argue that choosing them helps sustain skilled jobs, engineering expertise, and a proud manufacturing heritage. For these reasons, they believe that continuing to invest in British motorcycles offers greater long-term value than switching primarily to Chinese-made alternatives.
