    🚲 A great new way to cycle from Clapham to Victoria



    You can cycle from Clapham in south London to Victoria in central London entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes.

    The route is 6km long (3.7 miles) and makes use of Cycleway 5 and new contraflow route into Victoria.

      A route I like to use is between the top of Exhibition Road to Kensington High Street. It cuts out the direct and busy Kensington Gore/Road/High Street, which is quite dangerous because of pinch points and the many very complex and busy junctions.

      Awesome video , thanks for making this!! Will try this Vincent Sq route next time I'm heading to Victoria. I've been using Royal Hospital Rd and Ebury St but both have issues and I'm a big C5 fan so maybe this is the solution! Thanks again for documenting these routes 🙏✨

      London Cycle Routes knows his way round London and then some. If London black cab drivers claim to have "The Knowledge" then London Cycle Routes has "The Omniscience."

      Is there any safe way of getting further north from Victoria to link up with C3 near Hyde Park? I'm assuming not, but it would be great if there was a safe way through that part of Westminster.

      vaguely in the area … I was cycling north on Albert Embankment a few weeks ago … and was pleasantly surprised to see the new junction with Lambeth Bridge now working. so much safer for cyclists.

      No idea why this video was recommended to me – I'm not even a cyclist – but this was really interesting to watch. I used to work in Lambeth so it was nice to see many places I used to frequent. Great video!

      Hey. Been watching your channel for a while. Just want to clarify something. I got shouted at by an elderly gentleman when I was cycling on that little path at Greendale, East Dulwich that leads to Dulwich football clubDulwich Sainsbury's. He insisted that it's a pedestrian only foot path and I should dismount and push my bike. I have ridden on the same path many times without problens. I seem to remember there was a red triangle sign with a bicycle in the middle at the beginning or the end of the path, depending on which direction you are going. I also remember seeing you cycling through Greendale on the same path. Was I wrong or was that elderly gentleman right? Cheers!
