no, you can browse their outlet store and find one with electronic shifting for not much more. My brand new was $3k with Sram AXS.

No. At that price you can buy a new one.

an older model with 105 mechanical shifting…. no. It is not worth that. Brand new ones are going for around the same or up to $500 more and you dont have to deal with the external cable routing or any of that.

If I remember correctly, this bike wasn’t much more than $2500 new, and it is several years old. It’s also the lowest end of Canyon’s model range. I recently saw one listed near me for $1000.

Nope. I have the same bike (though in a size M), 11 speed 105. I caught Canyon on a pricing error on their website and got the bike for $1600 brand new. Added a single sided crank power meter for $200.
If the price were close to half the asking price maybe. But I doubt the seller will even consider that a ‘reasonable’ offer.

No. The price brand new was lower.

I bought this new for $1900 and sold it for $1300, this price is absolutely insane.

Sold one of these for about 1500 last year.

$2k would be pushing it even. I’d offer $1500 max

Honestly dude, id just go straight to canyon and buy one of their new gravel bikes new. You can use it for gravel and road so you have options and all the perks of a new bike. One of those would still be under 3k. Lmk and I’ll send you referral code which’ll give you an extra 5% off. I’m not buying another bike for a couple years so I dont get anything out of it but happy to help.
You can also wait and see when they have a flash outlet sale, which give you free shipping and an extra 10% off on already discounted outlet bikes, and they have em a couple times a year. Just gotta check the website almoat daily. Not all outlet bikes cant be returned, sometimes they add the bikes to outlet just due to final models so they can be returned and have the perks of usual new bikes. Thats how I picked up my normally priced aeroad of 6500 for like 5200.
If you get a new bike and have good credit, you can also finance for 0%. If you have a job and a FSA account then you can also use that money towards the bikes which will save you at least 20-30% of your personal money since its pre-tax into the fsa account.
But I agree with others, this is a bad deal. Hell a person local to me is swlling a 2 year old aeroad cf slx 7 for 3400 new with electronic shifting, and deep carbon wheels. Also check out some other direct to consumer brands like Ari and Lauf. I recently bought a Ari and love it, lmk if you want a referral for them. I think you can get their base Shafer model for 2600 and its a pretty good deal for what you get with it.

For context – I just sold a 2025 Endruace CF 7 di2 for the same price.

Seems a tad high. The favero PMs are definitely good and worth about 3-5 hundred bucks. Not really sure what they go for used though, new they’re about 500 for single, and 800 dual, but yah. Are they dual sided?

The new 2026 model with 105 is 2550$ in germany at this moment.
