32/32 should pedal 22-ish percent heavier over the full range. Both your lowest gear and your heaviest gear will pedal lighter. I believe 39/32 is standard on most pinion bikes
What are you planning to do with the bike? If it’s primarily bike packing or touring go 32/32 to have the extra low gears. If gravel riding w/no bags go 39/32.
