2005 Devinci Monza for $450 worth it?

I'm just getting started in cycling and later triathlon and the only bike in marketplace i can find is this devincin Monza, is it good entry level bike? Is it worth $450 CAD for it?

It looks clean and no problems with it.

Has veloce groupset, clip on pedals and aerobars included.
