I have a 2002 Specialized Vegas TR-Xpert as an original owner. All original parts aside from the grips. Expected wear from regular riding with scrapes and a tear in the seat. Unfortunately I’m moving and most likely have to part with this bike, is there any value out there for these?
Trying to decide between finding a way to keep it around or if I justify parting with it.

Specialized is kind of an outlier for mid school era bmx, there are fans of these bikes so it definitely can have value. The flip side is, they equally weren’t liked by many because it’s was an mtb brand that decided they wanted a slice of the bmx pie, and their bikes were particularly ugly with some odd design choices that weren’t of any benefit. So it’s a mixed bag really, they were probably the most popular though of the mtb brands that got involved during that era, others being trek, Gary fisher and a few others.
