Day 8 of 8 cycling the #WildAtlanticWay and Ireland saved the best for last.
Slea Head Drive starts and ends in Dingle, and we’d had it circled on our route since day one. It was the one ride we kept talking about throughout the trip and somehow it still exceeded every expectation.
Along the way, we stopped at @beehivehuts and spent a little more time with the baby lambs than we planned. When we finally got back on the road, the sun came out and we couldn’t believe we had Slea Head almost entirely to ourselves.
With clear skies, dramatic coastal views, and barely a car in sight, it genuinely felt like cycling the edge of the world!
We rolled back into Dingle and finished the day at @thefishboxdingle where the seafood comes straight off the family’s own trawler. The perfect way to wrap up 8 unforgettable days on the Wild Atlantic Way.
