Autrefois, Chambéry était une très belle ville. Le boulevard de la Colonne était vivant, organisé, avec des bus. Aujourd’hui, il s’est fortement dégradé. À 7 heures du matin, on y voit des groupes de jeunes et de personnes attendant l’ouverture des commerces pour acheter de l’alcool. Cette situation est choquante et donne le sentiment d’un abandon total de l’espace public. Les habitants méritent mieux.
