TLDR: 2024 Aeroad CF SLX can fit knobby 32C gravel/CX tyres
Last autumn my friends were going on a gravel ride. I wanted to go but I didn’t have a gravel bike. In a pinch I bought some cheap(ish) CX tyres after guesstimating the frame clearance. The tyres in question are kenda small block eight pro 32c, and hey, they fit.
Did it work? Pretty well. Was I radically underbiked? Yeah. But 50€ for tyres is better than X thousand for another bike, and I had fun.
Posting this because I couldn’t find photographic proof of clearance like this when I was looking for tyres. If you have any questions please leave them in the comments
