  1. Hello Will. Because of muscle imbalance, if I have bad knees is it better to strengthen the glutes first and when they are strong enough then strengthen the quads? Thanks.

  2. if i have deep cartilage fissure with chondral delamination in the middle of trochlear, is it still ok to do this ? or it will enlarge the fissure?

  3. Thanks for this Will. I do get knee pain, when I do my workouts, but it's intermittent. I think it depends on how active I've been, or not, beforehand ❤
