They are differently sizes, so the decision might be already made for you. Apart from that, don’t go Cannondale Headshok if you just want a ride, it’s proprietary and spare parts (plus tools and competence) are not easily available anymore.
The BMC is a lot younger, though almost as outdated in general terms. It will be good for gravel scenarios and single trails, but it depends on the price if it’s a good deal. More than $200 and I’d pass.
