Hi all, i just placed an order but want to get the dhl tracking number, i got the app, the order is showing but nothing on the dhl app, i tried to reach out to customer support but i cant for the life of me get to a human on the other side. Its getting very frustrating but the chatbox doesnt let me talk to human and the contact service team button shows an error and ironically telling me to contact the service team? 😭

  1. The best you can do is to either contact them by phone (just search them on Google maps) or send an email at info@canyon.com
    I had no tracking changes for a week and emailed them. They were incredibly helpful and always replied within 12h.

  2. For me, the tracking number showed up after they built and shipped the bike from their warehouse. Just be patient if you’ve just placed the order today, it’ll show up eventually
