I worked on a ton of tubeless tires but, first time on these Kenda gravel tires. I pumped them up to 60 psi and started noticing several sealant bubbles around the side wall casing. Has anyone else seen this before? I imagine this might settle down once the sealant kicks in or is this a crappy tire?

Yes, and it’ll take a while
Pretty normal. Most brands will see a bit of sidewall weeping when first set up – some more than others, some sealants more than others. My first time setting up WTB Riddlers with Orange Seal they weeped for days. Continental Terra Speeds with Effetto Mariposa CaffeLatex, almost none at all. Once you get a good distribution it’ll probably stop after a shakeout ride.
Some brands sweat out of the sidewalls. It’s disconcerting at first but completely normal.
Normal. That pressure is also very high.
A little bit of weeping is common. Looks like a ~40 mm tire though, in which case 60 psi is close to double the pressure you should be running.
