I can’t tell you much beyond that it’s fillet brazed and orlowski is a well known and respected builder. They’re based in Poland and produced some exceptional frames, it’s too bad it doesn’t fit you. Jacek orlowski/ the orlowski brand is active on instagram. He could probably give you the most accurate info on this frame.
