  1. not me riding 630-640 on my dirt jumper and 800-820 on my enduro/dh (more control woth wider bars but barspins and tricks more playfull with shorter bars)

  2. I upgraded my old plastic pedals for some nylon pedals with metal spikes and they grip WAY better but they do hurt more when you hit your shins but my feet slip off less.
