I'm new to my Canyon Grizl, which I bought second hand. Never had a carbon bike before. I wanna upgrade to some aero bars (which I use on my other gravel bike), is that possible on the H18 bar? Or should I switch to an aluminium bar?

5 minutes of research would go a long way. Do you want the same bars on the other bike? What are those bars? Will it fit the stem?
