I feel like the apps need to just stop people from buying multiple large bottles of water/drinks, especially when its a bicycle. I get the orders get split but it's still very heavy. Also, maybe not much use to you now that you've got a new lock but I use a Kryptonite Folding Lock. A lot more flexible and portable than a U Lock!

I have submitted all my documents but when it gets to my Certificate of Motor Insurance I submit my Letter of Enrolment from Zego and it goes into "Review". as soon as I close and re open the app it asks me to submit it again, it says "Recommended Next Step".

Generally I find that people who order shitloads of water bottles, especially big ones, are either foreign and not used to having drinkable tap water, or they have more money than sense…..or both. 🤷
