Paris to Paris – A Journey of 100,000 Pedal Strokes

De Paris à Paris – Un voyage de 100 000 coups de pédale (Paris to Paris – A Journey of 100,000 Pedal Strokes) was inspired by an amazing bike packing adventure that a group of ten riders from Oakville, Ontario, Canada embarked upon from May 19th – 29th, 2026. We set out on an ambitious trek which covered 650 kms and over 100,000 pedal strokes for each of our riders. On Day 1, we rode from Paris to incredible Versailles and back (78 kms). Day 2 was an intricate cycling tour of Paris (31 kms). Day 3 took us from Paris to Chartres (122 kms). Day 4 we travelled from Chartres to Blois (111 kms). On Day 5 we rode from Blois to Orleans (72 kms) and saw the incredible historical events of the legacy of Joan of Arc. On Day 6 we ventured from Orleans to Fontainebleau (137 kms) and on Day 7 we rode from Fontainebleau back to Paris (95 kms). As you will see, we rode incredible routes with all possible terrain and amazing scenery through the French urban and rural landscapes. The people, the food and the lodgings were incredible!
