Long sleeve? There’s a lot of options- Pactimo, Voler, Assos, Ornot… I think Rapha and Pearl Izumi too. Personally, I got some YKYW off AliExpress and they’ve been good value for money. Got an Ornot at UPF 30 and it’s just as good.
Most jerseys have some UPF rating and you can always use sunsleeves.

I have only worn their short sleeve jerseys, but Velocio makes a [long sleeve jersey](https://intl.velocio.cc/products/mens-luxe-ultralight-long-sleeve) with UPF 50 back and sleeves.
