100+ tortillas
70 mountain house meals
2 jars of nutella
300+ packs of fruit snacks / leathers
100+ hydration packets
10+ light cd crashes, only a few cuts
200+ liters of water filtered
60+ pounds of other snacks
1 block of extra sharp cheese
95% stopping before 6 miles for snack rations.
100% filling bottles and promoting hydration at each stop.
95% stopping for lunch before 2 PM.
100% stopping at any potential turn off.
If you want to make 16 days feel like 6 weeks, consider the idaho wilderness for a bike tour:)

Wow!!! Life goal accomplished! This is incredible. I have 6 kids too, ages 4-14. I would love to do something like this with the family. We might start out easy with something like the C&O. I’ve done trips with the older kids but this is next level.
I see your tandem device that lets them pedal or get towed. That’s a nice piece of kit for something like this.
I’ve used an old Schwinn bike trailer for cargo a good too.
How many hours in the saddle each day? Did you train the kids up for it?
