I’ve been there, I rate it a 4.5/10, it really only have clothe stores so you can’t get many things, super expensive, didn’t try the food and there’s nothing for younger kids, so my little siblings did not enjoy it at all, they must add some better and cheaper stores, when I was in vacation in Sicily a shirt was 10 euro, in Malta same shirt was 30… :/

Being a design and architecture enthusiast, I do love Zaha Hadid's creations (no so much her ethical considerations) and this tower is no exception, however St Julian's has no idea what it wants to be…so it's a vomit-spewing, business district. Boring, forgettable and reeks of greed and last night's vomit. I also hate cultures in which malls and department stores are king. I choose art, history, heritage and cafe culture and charm over vomit and greed. And I'm Maltese.

  3. One or two of these tall buildings outside of Valletta are ok although Malta doesn’t need these. It’s a gorgeous country.
