Latvia’s countryside looks peaceful. Rolling gravel roads, quiet forests, beautiful summer scenery. What the map doesn’t tell you is that this area is one of the most active bear living zones in the country. I took my gravel bike out on the hottest day of the summer to explore it anyway. No bears were harmed in the making of this video. I cannot say the same for my legs.
