Hey guys! As a long time dirtbike rider i finally got a E-Mtb and it has been a nice experience for me.
However the fork is not really to my liking. It is good for larger stuff and generally performs well but with slight bumps there is a lot of small hits coming through the fork into my wrists. On the day after riding, my wrists are the only paart that really feels sore.
On a dirtbike this is where you adjust the Float of the Fork (looks kinda like this https://racetech.com/fk-mid-valve-float/ )
but i am not sure wether there is such thing on this Fork. Especially with the name of the fork it is impossible to Search for the Float adjustment without finding thousands of "How to adjust your fox float fork" articles that just cover air pressure aand rebound etc…
Is there a float in this fork that can be adjusted?
If no, is there a valve kit for the fork that gives that option?

howdy, fellow Fox rider here, 34SL performance and 36 E performance. you can adjust the rebound damping with the turn knob on the bottom of the shock legs, and the amount of air pressure combined with the amount of Airtokens that are installed in the left stanchion, below air port, determine the softness and progressiveness of the travel. hope this helps! different fox forks have different size tokens. btw the wrists wil get used to the (new) hand load, you can change grips also, often people squize the bars to tight also. I got a rail with Ergon gdh vali holl grips, with the smiley! I love em! Cheers and Goodluck!
It doesn’t have a float adjustment. You can adjust the air pressure, the compression damping, the rebound damping and tune the progressiveness of the air spring using volume tokens. Make sure your rebound is set up right which might make it feel less harsh, too slow and the fork won’t recover enough between hits and feel harsh, too fast and it’ll be a bit more like a pogo stick and feel harsh.
Front tire pressure is also part of your suspension system, make sure that’s not too high.
You can also look at some more compliant bars to take out some chatter, and some grips are definitely better than others.
