FFS you can't just block a junction with a car like that, it blocks the line of sight for everyone else. Leaving aside the phone use, that was just dangerous.

I saw a woman drive into a supermarket car park, with a baby in a car seat, and park her car, all while holding a phone in one hand while conversing.
Mystery solved, that car was not driving itself.
Should have been done for Driving without due care at least, blocking a juction, clearly not in control, and in motion whilst using a hand held phone!
It will only be a matter of time before spmebody gets footage of a future offence.
Perhaps that will meet the threshold.
The car has a hands-free as do most modern cars, so just why?
