We share a 1 day itinerary for Ljubljana, what to do there, before taking a day trip to Lake Bled to witness its stunning views. Then, we road trip around the West of Slovenia – Visiting Lake Bohinj, ziplines at Bovec, Triglav National Park, a beautiful stay at a wine estate in the Brda Region, a train ride of the worlds first underground train network at Postojna Cave, before finishing in the seaside town Piran.

  1. Now imagine seeing the entire country, not only 1/3 of top touristy attractions. Well I guess copying and doing what 1000 others channels did is easier than actually doing some research for yourself.

Still waiting for someone to do a video where they visit: Logar Valley, Vintgar gorge, Pohorje, Kostanjevica na Krki, Otočec, Škofja loka, Maribor, Ptuj, Izola, Kras region,… So many much more authentic places, cheaper, less touristy, and in many peoples opinion, more beautiful

  2. I love that you put all the needed information in the description box, including the time of month (end May) you visited and all hotels . Sooooo helpful. Find that a lot of travel bloggers dont do this. Which is annoying. Great video. Subscribed!!

  3. You should visit Otočec, novo mesto, škocjanske caves, Kostanjevica, the source of river Krupa, velika planina, žužemberk, my home town Maribor, maybe Celje also (also castle), podčetrtek (castle olimia), maybe Lendava with Cuk and Vinarium, slap savica (it is next to the bohinj, i can't remember if you mentioned it). Then you should try "prekmurska gibanica", Jeruzalem is also quite impressive, Lipica, Logarska dolina, predjamski grad, boca waterfall, castle podsreda, castle sevnica, castle bogenšperk, Ajdovščina (near the river), Idrija, Škofja Loka, Kamnik, … I probably missed some of them 🙂

  4. Great video, thanks. I really liked your done shots. I had Estonia, Georgia and Kazakstan on my list. Guess I’m adding Slovenia to that list too.

  5. Thank you for this excellent video journey to places I had the pleasure of visiting as a girl with my family. Many years later, you have whetted my desire to return. I have subscribed, and look forward to sampling your other adventures ❤

  6. Thank you so very much for this beautiful and informative video! The geographical landscape of sLOVEnia reminds me of my homeland, Canada, but much more compact! I look forward to visiting this nature paradise. ❤ Liked. Subscribed.

  7. I've watched so many videos on Slovenia in preparation for my trip in early October and this is one of two I watch over and over again because it's so clear, informative, and enjoyable. Thank you. Hopefully my video will become 'one of three' that somebody watches!!!
