I’m assembling a bike and went to mount the front wheel. Before separating the front brake pads I noticed they aren’t close to parallel. Is this something I can adjusted or do I need to contact support?
This bike fork is defective. Contact support, or just return it. The place where the brakes mount should be parallel to each other. This is made wrong.

Bad fork return or replace

Send the bike back. If they can’t be bothered to weld the brake bosses on square I shudder to think what other corners might have been cut

Manufacturing defect – I would return the bike for a refund and go buy a used bike from a reputable brand.

The forks need to be replaced. Send it back to manufacturer, this has been damaged in shipping.

how tf does that get past qc, return the bike, and post the brand so it can be avoided like the plague
