There’s a t47 specific tool that you can buy. Looks similar to the one on the right but has more ticks and is a bit bigger. That should work. Park tool makes one for $50ish and Jenson has one from Foundation for around $20.

Also, are you sure that this is a Shimano bottom bracket with T47a?
I’m seeing something completely different listed on Cervelo’s website.
BBright and it seems to need a specific disassembly process.
