This could've ended in a hospital accident because at speeds on a bike of 30kph can end in near fatal injuries and a trip to the hospital so he is very lucky he slowed down "some" and survived.

something like this happened to me a while back. i was standing on the seat and going rly fast and i went straight into a wall. the handlebar went straight into my ballsack and up to my lower abdomin. i went to the ER and i got a lot of damaged nerves, blunt abdominal and genital trauma, muscle contusions and tears, testicular trauma, some organ damage, lacerations in my intestines, broke my right arm and right leg. my head hit the wall and i got a concussion. i started to bleed from my penis hole and my ball sack was stretched out and tearing apart.i was hospitalized for 1 and a half weeks in bedrest. every piss was excruciating its the worst pain i ever felt surpassing getting shot and bear spray right in the eyes. this shit hurt for MONTHS however bad you think it is its a million times worse. i was pissing blood for 2 weeks and had internal bleeding everywhere. im still not fully recovered 2 years later and sometimes in my sleep i replay this moment in my dreams as the day i couldve died.
